According to Globenewswire, Trump Media Technology Group (TMTG) announced ongoing discussions with TAE Technologies and Texas Ventures Acquisition III Corp. regarding a potential transaction.
Under the proposed plan, after the previously announced merger transaction between Trump Media Technology Group and TAE is completed, some businesses, including Truth Social, may be spun off into a new publicly traded company. After the transaction is completed, TAE's related businesses and some existing businesses and assets of Trump Media Technology Group will remain within the current publicly traded company entity.
