The token transparency disclosure of Stacks (STX) has been added to the Bloomberg Terminal. This means that the Stacks disclosure is now available on the information network used by institutional investors. On the 18th, the Stacks Token Transparency Framework (TTF) report was registered on the Bloomberg Terminal. Bloomberg Professional Services states that this terminal connects over 350,000 financial decision-makers. According to the Blockworks TTF page, the Stacks entry is labeled as 'STX', 'H2 2026', 'B2 v2.1', and 'Issuer-filed', with a disclosure status of 'Partial - 4 gaps'. This indicates that it is not at the complete disclosure stage where all items are filled. Stacks is a Bitcoin (BTC) layer 2 project that adds smart contract functionality on top of Bitcoin, with STX as its native token. The TTF is a token disclosure standard released by Blockworks on June 18, 2025, presenting 18 criteria. Blockworks explained that the TTF serves as a mechanism to reduce the gap between token issuers and insider information. As of the 18th, there are 111 disclosures registered on the Blockworks TTF main page, with the Stacks entry classified under B2 v2.1. Stacks plans to launch a Bitcoin staking product for institutions worth 3,000 BTC in September, related to institutional Bitcoin products. The TTF listing should not be interpreted as proof of investment attractiveness.
