Robinhood Chain's Total Value Locked (TVL) exceeded $540 million in August, but the proportion of tokenized real-world assets (RWA) decreased to 6%. The main reason for the chain's growth is the increase in stablecoin deposits, with the scale of RWA rising to $32 million, a 120% increase over the month, but still falling short of the overall deposit growth rate. On July 7, the RWA proportion was nearly one-third of the total TVL, but it has now dropped to 6%. Robinhood stated that this chain provides an environment for stock tokens and DeFi products based on the Arbitrum Layer 2. Recent on-chain metrics indicate that stablecoin funds have had a greater impact on the increase in TVL, with the total amount of stablecoins rising to $640 million, a 22% increase. USDe, issued by Athena, has increased by nearly 50% to $286 million, accounting for 44% of the total stablecoin amount within the Robinhood Chain. In contrast, USDG remained in the range of $330 million to $350 million. The average daily transaction count on the Robinhood Chain reached a record high of 11.6 million, but the average number of active accounts increased by only 3.3%. Despite the increase in TVL for the Robinhood Chain, the decrease in the RWA proportion reflects the nature of the capital inflow.

Expanded U.S. Treasury long-bond buybacks helped pull yields lower and supported a modest rebound in risk appetite, with the major indexes closing slightly higher. At the same time, Bitcoin briefly rose above $70,000 and lifted crypto-linked equities, while positive Phase 3 vaccine data from Merck and Moderna pushed healthcare and biotech stocks higher. SK Hynix’s large-scale buyback also kept attention on the storage cycle and AI-related demand. Bitcoin and Ethereum surged in a historic 24-hour rally that added $190 billion to the crypto market and triggered $2.98 billion in liquidations. Here's what Treasury buybacks, a massive short squeeze, and new SEC rules mean for traders on WEEX.

Moderna shares more than doubled on 19 August 2026 after Merck and Moderna said the Phase 3 INTerpath-001 trial of intismeran autogene plus KEYTRUDA met its recurrence-free survival endpoint in resected melanoma. This page explains what the result is, why the stock reacted this hard, what is still unknown, which dates come next (presentation and earnings, both unconfirmed), and what a trader can actually do on WEEX — which does not list Moderna; the nearest instrument is the XBI-USDT biotech ETF perpetual.
