Mirae Asset Group of South Korea will initiate a 50 billion won third-party share issuance to Korbit, equivalent to approximately 36 million USD. This capital increase will issue about 10.0786 million new common shares at 4,961 won per share, all of which will be allocated to the largest shareholder, Mirae Asset Group, resulting in a shareholding ratio of 97.15%. The payment deadline is August 27, and the funds raised will primarily be used to improve the financial structure and operational capital. Mirae Asset Consulting, a subsidiary of Mirae Asset Group, acquired 91.73% of Korbit's shares on July 22 and plans to acquire the remaining 5.42% on July 24, bringing its total shareholding to 97.15% after the transaction is completed. The total amount for this acquisition is approximately 141.367 billion won, or about 10.2 million USD.
