Mark Cuban Calls Computer Chips the New Digital Asset
Billionaire investor Mark Cuban has stated that computer chips will become a "new digital asset." On the 15th, Cuban mentioned computer chips as digital assets on his X account, emphasizing the value of semiconductors, which are a key driving force in the AI era. He compared the potential of AI to the early development of computers and smartphones, claiming that AI will create unprecedented wealth. Cuban anticipates that while the costs of AI computing will decrease in the coming years, new digital and physical products will initially hold high value. He explained that computer chips possess strategic value beyond mere hardware, asserting that AI chips will be a crucial element in determining future technological dominance and economic value. Cuban predicts that AI will have a greater technological disruptive power than the combined emergence of the internet, personal computers, and mobile phones.
