Securitize and Neuberger have launched the high-yield bond tokenization fund HINC on four blockchains: Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana, and Sui. HINC primarily targets high-yield bonds and also invests in collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and leveraged loans. Neuberger provides portfolio management and research capabilities based on a fixed-income platform managing over $230 billion as of June 30, 2026. HINC is available to accredited investors and qualified purchasers, who must meet onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. Securitize is responsible for the operational structure of HINC and manages the investment advisory and fund equity provision. With the launch of HINC, Sui has become one of the four distribution networks, which has been introduced as an institutional asset distribution case. HINC is not just a simple token issuance but an attempt to transfer traditional bond management strategies into a blockchain-based fund structure. High-yield bonds, CLOs, and leveraged loans carry credit risk, liquidity risk, and interest rate risk, while the tokenization structure also includes risks related to digital asset custody, smart contracts, network failures, cybersecurity, and regulatory changes.
