Fireblocks Declares Support for Blockchain Infrastructure for Financial Institutions

Fireblocks announced that it provides blockchain infrastructure to efficiently move virtual and digital assets as financial products. Co-founder Michael Shaulov explained in an interview on July 23, 2026, that this technology can quickly and conveniently change the way assets move within the existing financial system. He emphasized that security and convenience are the most important factors for financial institutions and companies when adopting this technology. Fireblocks plans to support institutional investors and corporate clients in utilizing blockchain technology by reducing risks such as hacking, anti-money laundering, and regulatory compliance. Based in New York, Fireblocks currently has over 2,400 institutional clients in more than 110 countries, demonstrating that blockchain technology is moving beyond its initial stage focused on individual investors to being applied in the actual operations of financial companies and enterprises. Demand is increasing in areas such as remittances, payments, asset custody, and tokenization, suggesting that competition in the digital asset industry is shifting towards infrastructure and regulatory integration.
