FGVFL Sells Assets of Five Bankrupt Banks
From August 3 to 7, the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Individuals (FGVFL) will hold auctions in the Prozorro system to sell the assets of five liquidated banks. The total starting price for all lots is UAH 68.1 million. The main part of the offering consists of real estate and fixed assets of financial institutions, valued at UAH 66.9 million. The rights to claim loans are offered with a starting price of UAH 1.2 million, and accounts receivable are set at UAH 0.03 million. Investors are presented with assets from the following banks: PJSC "Prominvestbank" - UAH 46.6 million (real estate and fixed assets), JSC "RVS Bank" - UAH 16.9 million (real estate, land plots, and fixed assets), JSC "Ukrstroyinvestbank" - UAH 3.3 million (fixed assets), JSC "Ayboks Bank" - UAH 0.8 million (fixed assets), JSC "Megabank" - UAH 0.7 million (fixed assets and vehicles). Last year, FGVFL conducted 104 auctions for the sale of assets of bankrupt banks totaling approximately UAH 1.5 billion.
