In Konotop, Sumy region, 100% of the corporate rights of the agro-processing enterprise LLC "Krupinka SVS" are up for sale for $1.2 million. The projected payback period is up to 5 years. The factory has been operating since 2007, specializing in the processing of peas, barley, and wheat, as well as oilseeds and grain crops. The average gross income is about 90 million UAH per year, with profits reaching nearly 5 million UAH. About 90% of the products are exported. The production capacity of the factory is up to 50 tons per day, with an annual volume of 5000-6000 tons. The storage facilities can hold up to 3000 tons of raw materials and 500 tons of finished products. The complex includes production and administrative premises of 800 m², storage facilities of 1400 m², and land plots of 0.6 hectares. With investment, the factory can increase its production volume to 12000 tons per year. The factory is fully autonomous and does not require additional capital investments. The sale is related to the owners' decision to shift their focus to growing grain crops.
