The Binance Android app is unavailable on the Google Play Store in some EU countries. Users in Spain have confirmed that they cannot find the Binance app through Google Play, but it is accessible via the Oppo App Market. Checks in Poland show that the Binance app is still available on Google Play, indicating that this situation does not cover all EU markets. Last week, OKX Europe CEO Erald Ghoos stated that the app was removed due to regulatory requirements for crypto asset markets (MiCA). This situation follows Binance's withdrawal of its MiCA application in Greece a few weeks ago, after the transition period for the framework ended on July 1. Binance subsequently informed some EU users that access to certain services would be restricted, but withdrawals remain available.
