4 billion USDT issued on Tron in 30 days

The market capitalization of USDT on the Tron network increased by 4 billion dollars in the last 30 days, reaching a total volume of 94.6 billion dollars, which represents 50% of the total circulating supply of USDT, which is 183 billion dollars. The expansion of the token was carried out through batch issuance events, with an initial issuance of nearly 1 billion dollars in mid-August and a second issuance of 3 billion dollars on August 20. Other networks, such as zkSync Era and OP Mainnet, recorded reductions in USDT capitalization, with net outflows of 132,000 dollars and 191 million dollars, respectively. The growing use of Tron in emerging economies, driven by reduced fees and high liquidity, has solidified its role as a primary support for the global circulation of USDT, especially in Latin America and Asia. The Tron network surpassed 400 million accumulated accounts, adding 73 million new user addresses and smart contracts in the last year.
