173rd Ethereum All Core Developers Meeting: Glamsterdam Upgrade Faces Schedule Pressure

Kim's summary on the X platform of the 173rd Ethereum consensus layer core developers' meeting, in order to launch the Glamsterdam upgrade before mid-year, developers may need to significantly reduce the upgrade scope. Although the mismatch between the plan and the timeline has not been formally acknowledged, if indeed an issue exists, it needs to be resolved by the end of February.
Key points of the meeting: if the interoperable version of EIP-7732 cannot be achieved by the end of February, the consideration of removing it from Glamsterdam and delaying it to a future hard fork will be made; Consensys Teku client identified node performance issues in the mainnet stress test, affecting progress; EIP-7928 requires a small-scale API review by clients; Hegota upgrade Headliner EIP proposal deadline is February 4th; some client teams have completed preliminary work on EIP-7688 library updates.
